This NA is a handy resource for the people of Sherwood Park and YEG-Ville in General.

Well Maintained Natural Oasis holding its own against the encroachment of urbanization. An excellent place to take beginners who prefer facilities such as a ‘biffy’ and parking lot. Good signage and facilities.
Numerous Branching Trails across the main track including a whopper. The maintained trails can easily consume an hour of adult walking or a few hours of screaming kids. The Whopper is a preserved section of the Old Edmonton Trail. This was the highway of the time that ran from Cooking Lake to Fort Edmonton.
