Crippsdale is part of a constellation of NA’s less than an hours drive north of Edmonton. A good day walking or snowshoeing is possible in the site.

Crippsdale has two trails on the property. Cutting a swath southeast to northwest is a utility corridor. Straight as an arrow, it runs for about 500M and ends at the farmer’s field to the west. Starting at the same corner as the utility corridor, an ATV track roughly parallels the utility corridor. A late day and deteriorating conditions meant I did not find the terminus of the ATV track on my first visit – a good reason to return!

Because the ATV track goes through a wet area, this site is best visited during the freeze or dry periods. Likely very wet in the spring and summer.
