Modeste Saskatchewan NA (North) is part of a complex of nine land parcels that is spread across more than 120 square KM. All but this one are South of the North Saskatchewan River. Access is with landowner permission (challenging to find/get) or from the south as Crown Land extends to the river.

A beautiful bridge crosses a creek and the Range Road extends a bit further until a clearly marked no trespassing sign prevents access to the last few hundred metres.
This parcel is not recommended for YEGVille due to it inaccessibility. Great for the critters that live there but not so good for human visitors.
